Rochester Regional Health seeks an Access Associate at Clifton Springs Hospital, NY to welcome patients, handle check-in/check-out, and support payments. The role is Per Diem with a Monday–Friday schedule, and shifts including alternating weekends/holidays.

The position requires a friendly disposition as the first point of contact for patients and families. Responsibilities include patient registration, insurance verification, precertification as applicable, and processing payments.

Competenze

• Two-year degree or equivalent education/experience preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy healthcare setting.

Mansioni

• Customer Service: Manage incoming calls, greet patients, provide information, and schedule appointments.
• Registration & Verification: Complete patient registration, verify insurance eligibility, obtain precertification/authorization when applicable.
• Billing & Payments: Collect and process payments as needed.
