Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year in an office clerical or customer service role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic website navigation.
• Strong problem solving, conflict management, time management, and communication skills.
• Must complete role-specific revenue cycle training within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient records and ensure complete demographics, insurance, and guarantor information.
• Explain services and financial responsibilities to patients and families.
• Provide excellent patient service over phone and in person; handle multi-payer issues with deductive reasoning.
