Responsibilities

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service for in-person and phone interactions.
• Adheres to Revenue Cycle policies and procedures; supports registration, insurance, scheduling, and billing.
• Receives funds, issues receipts, balances cash, journals, and deposits.
• Maintains current knowledge, solves problems, and supports area-specific tasks.
• Engages with the work team to support Revenue Cycle goals.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
