At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Patient Access Specialists strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences.

This customer service position is often the first person a patient encounters when entering a St. Luke’s Nampa Hospital. This important role supports exceptional interactions to ensure professional, timely and accurate written and verbal communication with both patients and caregivers (both in person and by phone).

Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:30am-6:00pm

What you can expect from this role:

  • Registration, scheduling, and referral coordination for patients
  • Discussions on financial options and/or explanations of insurance coverage, including authorizations, verifications, and estimates
  • Use a variety of technologies, tools and resources to support departmental workflows
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications for this Role:

  • Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
