Qualifications

• Greeting patients and scheduling appointments.
• Scanning patient documents and typing correspondence and forms.
• Maintaining demographics information for patient guarantors.
• Adhering to corporate policies, JCAHO, Rural Health, and department procedures.

Responsibilities

• General receptionist duties: greeting patients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
• Scan and file patient documents; transcribe notes as needed.
• Prepare cash receipts for transport to CBO; sort and distribute mail.
• Maintain equipment and supplies needed for job duties; ensure data accuracy.
