Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months of work in a medical office with high patient contact.
• EMR experience preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and customer service required.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Complete compliance documentation for patient admissions per policy.
• Collect co-pays or deposits as required.
• Register patients according to physician orders.
• Verify insurance and scan/enter demographics.
• Answer patient questions with courtesy and professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality and safety of the file room.
