Responsibilities

• Assist with patient duties, including check-in/check-out and scheduling.
• Verify insurance information and update patient records.
• Accept payments and post charges.
• Provide information to patients and approved entities.
• Answer phones and direct patients as needed.
• Support medical records duties as requested.
