Job summary

Oklahoma State University’s OSU-Center for Health Sciences is seeking a Patient Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, handling scheduling, check-in, and basic information gathering to ensure a smooth patient experience.

The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, High School diploma or GED, and at least six months in a medical office. Experience with EPIC is a plus, with duties including insurance verification and payments
