Formación

• Requires associate degree; equivalent education/experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high level customer service in all interactions with internal and external customers.
• Interact with patients, physicians and treatment teams professionally and knowledgeably.
• Handle scheduling, registration, and pre-registration of patients.
• Explain billing processes and obtain follow-up appointments.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure accurate documentation.
