Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an associate degree is preferred.
• Basic keyboarding skills.
• Experience with Epic Scheduling, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and family members, collects and verifies demographic, clinical, financial, and insurance information during pre-registration.
• Accepts point-of-service payments or guides payment options and facilitates service readiness.
• Enters patient data into Epic; initiates enrollment for myLoyola; escalates issues to Lead Service Representative as needed.
