Rebound Orthopedics & Neurosurgery is seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative to join the Scheduling Call Center. Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and coordinating referrals to ensure timely patient access and high levels of service.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience in a medical or call center setting, familiarity with EHR systems, and strong communication skills to handle a fast-paced environment while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in medical office and/or call center with multi-line phone and queue management preferred.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology and flow of medical practices required.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems required.
• Experience with Microsoft Applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Scheduling Call Center and Clinical Call Center phone coverage as needed.
• Screen calls, provide information within scope of practice, and route messages to patients or staff.
• Schedule, coordinate, and reschedule patient appointments per provider protocols.
• Verify insurance eligibility and use payer portals to support scheduling and coverage review.
• Follow up on messages and emails in a timely manner.
• Outreach for triaged referrals and schedule patients per insurance requirements.
• Maintain pre-registration information to ensure appointment readiness.
• Meet department productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
