• Verify insurance, collect co-pays and ensure financial clearance.
• Coordinate appointments with multiple departments and maintain data accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as liaison between patients and staff.
• Process orders for diagnostic tests and communicate test requirements.
• Handle miscellaneous duties and maintain department productivity.
