Responsibilities

• Register, pre-register, consent and schedule all patient appointment types across clinics.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorization prior to service.
• Collect co-pays and explain financial responsibilities to patients.
• Create pre-registration records and link to scheduled appointments.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and staff to ensure a positive patient experience.
