Primary work location is Hibbing with potential coverage in Nashwauk or Mountain Iron. Shift is 8 hours, with 72–80 hours biweekly, weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with computers, typing, and telephone duties.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform Registration and Scheduling Specialist duties.
• Answer phone in a courteous, efficient manner within established time frames.
• Collect and verify patient data and enter into the EMR accurately.
• Coordinate and schedule patient appointments according to approved flow.
• Collect payments and assist with balancing at shift end.
• Assist Care team to ensure an excellent patient experience.
