Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and register patients in the Jefferson Health System per clinical and insurance requirements.
• Use EMR to complete scheduling, register patients, verify insurance eligibility, and resolve issues per protocols.
• Coordinate orders, referrals and insurance requirements to maximize patient benefits.
• Utilize central scheduling telephony software to manage call volume and digital requests.
