Responsibilities

• Schedule medical appointments and referrals according to templates.
• Manage phone lines, screen and transfer calls, gather caller information.
• Update patient demographics and enter accurate data into EMR.
• Occasionally float to alternate facility/department.
• Provide exemplary customer service and collaborate with physicians and department heads.
• Utilize strong organizational and communication skills.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
