Job summary

The role requires 3 years of related experience or an Associate/Bachelor’s degree, strong communication skills, and proficiency with office software.

Qualifications

• 1. High School Diploma is required.
• 2. 3 years of related administrative experience.
• 3. Ability to use specialized applications software and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and patients for scheduled or urgent care appointments and procedures.
• Verifies patient demographics and insurance information.
• Collects co-payments from patients upon arrival.
• Preps patient information for clinicians for scheduled visits.
• Maintains accurate and timely records, logs, charges and related information.
• Schedules appointments and referrals, and coordinates tests and procedures as needed.
