Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in medical office or hospital setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register patients at the hospital front desk, clinics, and ER, updating demographics and insurance details.
• Obtain and verify insurance cards and IDs; verify orders with providers when information is missing.
• Confirm FIN, date of service, location and encounter type for each patient visit.
