• Coordinate with departments on scheduling guidelines and appointment types.
• Determine required questionnaires and instruct patients prior to visits.
• Schedule and adjust appointments, update departments promptly.
• Answer calls about prior authorizations and scheduling status.
• Maintain professional rapport with staff, patients, and physicians.
• Support strategic plans and assist with assigned initiatives.
• Maintain patient confidentiality per regulations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
