Qualifications

• Two software databases: Dentrix and Athena.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with patient access (scheduling, registration, insurance verification).
• Immunizations up-to-date prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments for medical and dental sites and complete required documentation.
• Coordinate with Center Managers to correct denied claims and minimize errors.
• Ensure patient data accuracy and HIPAA compliance.
• Process complex patient claims and authorizations independently.
