Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and enter data accurately in the system.
• Verify demographic, insurance and financial information with patients.
• Explain forms to patients and obtain signatures where required.
• Ensure medical necessity compliance and obtain necessary data/signatures.
• Collect patient liability, discuss payment options and set up payment arrangements.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits and complete notifications.
