Qualifications

• Licensure: CMA certification may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and screen calls; schedule appointments and referrals.
• Perform insurance verification and billing/posting of payments.
• Coordinate with physicians/offices for authorizations and documentation.
• Complete patient registration with accurate biographical and financial data.
• Explain charges and patient responsibilities; assist with payment plans.
