Qualifications

• Some positions may require CMA certification.

Responsibilities

• Assists with patient management, scheduling, and registration to ensure accurate data and billing.
• Handles deposits, insurance verification, and payment postings in accordance with policies.
• Explans procedures and coordinates with physicians and departments for authorizations and scheduling.
• Performs central scheduling, referrals, and billing tasks; communicates with patients and staff.
