Qualifications

• Note: Completion of an OHSU Administrative Internship can substitute for one year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming, professional patient service in person and by phone.
• Check in/out patients; verify demographics and insurance details.
• Collect copayments and payments per OHSU policy.
• Answer, triage, route calls; document interactions accurately.
• Coordinate scheduling across providers and clinics.
• Support front desk and telephone operations as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, organized workspace.
