The Oregon Clinic is seeking a full-time Patient Services Specialist for our North Portland OBGYN clinic. You will handle multi-line phone duties, schedule patients, collect insurance information, and support check-in/check-out processes.

This role emphasizes excellent patient service and teamwork in a busy clinic environment. Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a medical office, with EMR experience (Epic) considered a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year work experience, preferably in a medical office.
• Epic EMR experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones on a multi-line system and schedule patients.
• Obtain and complete insurance information.
• Back-up support for check-in and check-out of patients.
• Update records as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
