Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact to customers; greets and assists.
• Handles scheduling for procedures; tracks no-shows and informs physicians as needed.
• Performs registration duties: collects information, creates electronic records, gathers signatures.
• Obtains insurance authorizations as applicable and collects co-pays.
• Maintains patient charts and communicates with billing and records as needed.
