Job summary

Neighborhood Outreach Access to Health (NOAH) in Phoenix, AZ seeks an Inbound Patient Services Representative to be the first contact for patients in the NOAH Patient Contact Center.

You will register new patients, schedule appointments across medical, dental, behavioral health, and nutrition services, verify insurance, and guide patients to NOAH resources while maintaining HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year contact center experience.
• Experience in appointment scheduling and referrals.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/Privacy Practices.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and voicemails in the NOAH Patient Contact Center.
• Register new patients and update demographics in the EMR.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments across services.
• Verify insurance and assist with referrals and pre-authorizations.
• Educate patients on NOAH services and MyChart access.
• Escalate urgent concerns per protocols.
