Responsibilities

• Identify, verify and document insurance coverage for scheduled services.
• Perform front desk duties including answering phones, greeting patients, and scheduling appointments.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, schedulers and insurance companies to obtain demographic and liability information.
• Multitask in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment with a calm, professional demeanor.
