Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have experience handling patient data and healthcare workflows.
• Experience with health insurance payers and real-time eligibility verifications is preferred.
• Strong communication and compassionate patient service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Register patients across access points with accurate demographics and insurance data.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documents for registration and billing.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments when appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and adjust patient appointments.
• Identify and resolve registration, insurance, and encounter discrepancies.
• Provide patient-facing support by phone and other channels.
