• One year of customer service work experience.

Responsibilities

• Registers and/or checks patients in/out.
• Performs patient check-in; records and verifies demographic/insurance information; follows guidelines; notifies guardians for minors; resolves non-complex issues or escalates as needed.
• Conducts routine insurance eligibility verifications.
• Copies/scans patient materials into the electronic medical record.
• Records non-clinical charges and handles payments.
