Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival.
• Answer phone by 3rd ring.
• Check-in patients and verify demographics.
• Obtain/scan insurance and IDs.
• Post payments and reconcile daily cash/credit/card transactions.
• Ensure authorizations are entered into system.
• Process new patient information packets.
• Confirm appointment details and reschedules as needed.
• Review insurance verification and authorizations.
• Maintain a clean waiting area and restock materials.
