Qualifications

• Medical office experience preferred.
• Sedentary position with occasional movement throughout the clinic.

Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to patients as they arrive for appointments.
• Facilitate internal communications to ensure efficient appointment flow.
• Calculate and collect patient liabilities and perform daily reconciliation.
• Confirm authorization or referrals for drug approvals.
• Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.

Skills

Knowledge of basic medical terminology

Computer experience: Microsoft Outlook and Teams
