Job summary

Inland Imaging is seeking a Patient Access Registrar/Scheduler in Kennewick, WA to support vacation and sick-call coverage. The role handles patient scheduling, check-ins and payments, coordinating with radiology staff, and ensuring a smooth patient flow across General, CT and MRI exams.

The position offers a 12% supplemental differential pay and requires a friendly, professional demeanor, with prior clerical or scheduling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of clerical, scheduling or medical office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with radiology procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner.
• Schedule and coordinate imaging exams (General, CT, MRI) to optimize equipment use.
• Answer phones, collect payments, and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses and technologists as needed.
• Prepare paperwork in advance and route to appropriate modality.
