Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years clerical, scheduling or medical office experience required.
• Anatomy and medical terminology preferred.
• Experience with radiology workflows is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist patients and referring physicians to schedule exams.
• Greet patients and visitors with a courteous, professional image.
• Check in patients, verify exams, collect payments, answer phones.
• Coordinate scheduling by time, location and modality with staff.
• Provide exam prep and information to patients and providers.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
