Inland Imaging Associates, LLC is seeking a Patient Access Registrar/Diagnostic Imaging Scheduler for our Kennewick Imaging Center. This Full-Time, Monday–Friday position runs 9:30am–6:00pm and serves as the first contact for patients and referring providers, ensuring a friendly and professional image.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years of clerical, scheduling or medical office experience preferred.
• Familiarity with radiology scheduling terms and healthcare privacy guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Greets and registers patients and verifies information.
• Schedules Ultrasound, CT and MRI exams; coordinates times and locations.
• Answers phones and assists patients and providers with inquiries.
• Maintains accurate patient records and ensures smooth workflow.
• Relays exam instructions and prepares paperwork for imaging appointments.
