Responsibilities

• Facilitates patient visits and supports health care providers by coordinating schedules and handling routine tasks.
• Registers new patients and updates demographic and insurance information.
• Provides face-to-face customer service regarding billing and insurance questions.
• Assists with negotiating authorizations and pre-certifications for patients within Mayo Clinic systems.
