• Performs patient registration and scheduling in a timely manner.
• Interprets insurance benefits and counsels patients accordingly.
• Maintains medical terminology skills and knowledge of payer regulations.
• Manages patient and customer relations with professionalism.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
