Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of Registration and/or Billing experience within a healthcare setting is required.
• 3 to 5 years of customer service experience is required.
• Experience with medical office workflows.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for scheduling, registration, and insurance verification for outpatient and inpatient services.
• Acts as the primary liaison for patients receiving services.
