Responsibilities

• Performs point of service data collection and handles co-payments.
• Manages work queues and supports scheduling follow-ups as needed.
• Provides cost estimates and itineraries for upcoming appointments.
• Answers calls, schedules appointments, and assists clinical team as needed.
