Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds and explain information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient visits and ensures information is complete and accurate.
• Pre-registers accounts by collecting data and necessary documents.
• Registers patients on arrival and verifies demographics, insurance, and financial data.
• Verifies insurance eligibility, benefits, authorizations and referrals as needed.
• Discusses payment obligations and coordinates financial arrangements for patients.
