Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required; PC knowledge and communication skills.
• Minimum 6 months experience in customer service or a healthcare environment.
• Experience with Windows, Excel and intranet/internet tools; medical terminology and coding preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple systems and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Prior scheduling and patient registration knowledge is advantageous.

• Support physicians and staff by coordinating requests in a single transaction.
