Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field preferred.
• MOAB Certification during Kootenai Health Essentials required.
• Epic or hospital scheduling/registration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance, pre-authorizations, scheduling, and patient estimates.
• Provide scheduling/registration for inpatient, outpatient, and ED.
• Schedule procedures in line with department workflows and provider needs.
• Determine financial responsibility and communicate estimates to patients.
• Document scheduling, financial clearance, and registration in Epic modules.
