Job summary

• Assemble data and documents for complete patient registration and insurance verifications.
• Enter patient demographics and use systems for eligibility and authorization.
• Collect co-pays and deductibles at time of admission.
• Explain hospital payment policies to patients and families.
• Obtain funding information and assist with available resources.
