Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule and complete full registration for patients requesting appointments with attention to detail.
• Initiate pre-registration and ensure demographic/insurance information is up to date.
• Verify insurance and benefits, obtain necessary referrals.
• Collect payments and provide upfront financial counseling at check-in.
• Ensure patient flow and coordinate with physicians and staff to resolve issues.
