Job summary

Minnesota Women's Care (MNWC) seeks a Patient Registration & Scheduling Manager to supervise patient care and appointment scheduling activities within a clinical setting.

You will manage call center staff to ensure patients receive excellent care, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate patient data in the EHR, while partnering with leadership on performance and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate degree (A.A.) with 3–5 years related experience, or equivalent education/experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Strong organizational skills and workflow management.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience communicating with diverse backgrounds.
• Work in a medical office with standard equipment and exposure risks.

Responsibilities

• Answer, direct, and take messages from patients and callers.
• Schedule patient appointments appropriately.
• Clear messages and deliver to the correct department.
• Input patient information into the EHR.
• Assist leadership with staff training and onboarding.
• Prepare monthly and weekly performance reports.
• Monitor call metrics and support improvements.
