Job summary

Piedmont Health Services, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager of Patient Access to support the Patient Scheduling Hub across multiple locations. This internal posting requires overseeing scheduling staff, monitoring performance, and maintaining efficient patient access workflows.

Under the Manager of Patient Access, you will coordinate staff training, monitor call quality, ensure compliance with policies, and drive process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and operations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of equivalent management experience within a clinic or health care practice.
• BS/BA in related field with 3–5 years of supervisory experience within a clinic or health care practice.
• Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field preferred with experience leading improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Patient Scheduling Hub across multiple locations.
• Supervise scheduling staff and monitor performance metrics.
• Ensure quality customer service and efficient patient access workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement process improvements and training.
