• Answer phones, collect co-pays, and coordinate benefits with insurance.
• Obtain authorizations and track status; input demographics and orders.
• Register patients in Meditech and TheraOffice; maintain billing accuracy.
• Discharge patients weekly; manage progress notes and referrals.
