Qualifications

• Experience operating a PC and using software applications.
• Medical terminology knowledge or insurance verifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and preregisters patients, validates demographics and benefits.
• Verifies insurance information via payor contacts and documentation.
• Identifies patient financial responsibilities and posts payments.
• Delivers a positive patient experience and maintains relationships.
• Keeps productivity standards and completes required trainings.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
