Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls for scheduling, rescheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments.
• Return patient callbacks and communicate appointment details courteously.
• Assess patient needs and route inquiries to appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics and insurance information.
• Introduce patients to the patient portal and assist with access issues.
