Responsibilities

• Schedule in-patient and out-patient procedures; verify demographics and insurance information.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guide patients to check-in locations.
• Coordinate with physicians, department managers and staff regarding scheduling needs.
• Participate in department process improvement and attend meetings and training.
